Hello there!

Issue 3 is my first with Outcrop, and I couldn’t be more excited to be working on this publication. The community created around this magazine is so creative and talented and open; it has been a joy to read such brilliant writing. We’ve been hard at work bringing Issue 3 to life, and I can’t wait for you to see it!

A little about me:

I’m a Cuban-American poet whose work focuses on the intersection of culture, identity and senses of place. As of this month, I will be a graduate of the University of Edinburgh with an MSc in Creative Writing!

Earlier this year, I was shortlisted for the Grierson Verse Prize, and my work has appeared in Interpret Magazine, Gutter, and various local anthologies.
